From November 19th, to November 24th 2007, Théâtre Lyrichorégra 20 will organise the IX Czech and Slovak International Music Competition for singers in Green Bay (WI) in United States and in Montreal (QC) where the final with a gala will be presented. $ 12,5000 dollars of prizes will be offered plus concerts, engagements in Opera houses and training sessions in Czech Republic and in Slovakia The international jury is composed from Czech Republic :Jitka Slavikova (Prague State Opera) and Alex Kanka, from Slovakia, Eva Blahova and Julius Klein, from United States, Sarah Meredith and Gildo di Nunzio, from Canada, Alain Nonat and Guy Soucie (one other Czech judge , one other Slovak judge and two other North American judges will be added at the final) In Montreal, the competition will be presented at the Chapelle historique du Bon-Pasteur, 100 Sherbrooke Est- with the collaboration of the city of Montreal.
