What: "Fall" hiking in Wissahickon Valley Gorge

Hi everybody from the Lenka Z,
it's time to do something for our health again! by taking some comfortable walks in the gorgeous Wissahickon Valley Park Sunday,

Valley Green Inn, Valley Green Dr, Philadelphia, Pa 19031
How to find us: Park your car at parking #6 or #7 and then walk to the Valley Green Inn. Look for Lenka Z. (call her at her cell 215 900 6200)

From there we will make a loop through the park ending back at the Inn. There are many beautiful hiking trails throughout the Wissahickon Valley Park, mostly easy to modest difficulty. This hike will take approximately 2 – 2.5 hours. This trail are uphill / downhill and are a bit rocky in places. Bring plenty of water and some trail snack. Dress appropriately for this Spring hike.
We will stop for a coffee/tea and grab a bite after the hike.

From Lenka: “This could become our regular hikes in this beautiful park. As of me, I'm the park regular, so it's just matter of coordinating where we meet. I know I'll be there.”
“Take your kids along, and bring your friends and dont forget= pets are welcome to join us. The scenery of the Wissahickon Valley Park is absolutely breathtaking. I sincerely hope to meet you there and I'm sure we'll have a great time!”
