Filmed during a piano rehearsal of Bedřich Smetana’s operaDalibor, in Prague’s art nouveau National Theatre, Who Will Watch the Watchman?presents an array of original thinkers musing about the current state of the State. Vachek is particularly interested in oppositional battles, whether won, lost, or ongoing, and in airing minority opinions.
