Bohemian National Hall, 3rd Floor

The renowned Czech pianist Jan Novotny presents a program of Czech music commemorating Czech Independence Day 2010, including Bedřich Smetana’s (1824-1884) "Sketches" Op. 5 and "Czech Dances," Jan Ladislav Dusik’s (1760 – 1812) “Elegie harmonique,” and Jaroslav Ježek’s (1906-1942) "Sonata" composed in New York 1941.
Pre-concert lecture with Professor Michael Beckerman at 7:30pm.

Tickets 
are $20; $10 for students, seniors & Czech Center Club members. 
Pay at door; no reservations required.
