Opening: November 1, 7 pm

The inaugural exhibition in the Bohemian National Hall (BNH) is an art project that seeks to celebrate the BNH as a site of memory in modern history. The exhibition was produced by the Czech Center New York in collaboration with numerous institutions in the United States and the Czech Republic, including the New York Public Library, the Czech Press Agency, Post Bellum, Charles University, the National Film Archives, the National Museum in Prague, and the Czech Broadcasting Authority. Organizations that represent the heritage of the Czech community in New York such as the Bohemian Benevolent and Literary Association, the Jan Hus Church, and Sokol New York are important contributors to the exhibition.
Curated by Jaroslav Andl.
